Before the Workshop Begins  

   

Keep a dream journal or notebook right next to your bed, and begin writing down your dreams when you wake up in the morning. If you have trouble remembering your dreams, quickly close your eyes when you wake and try to catch any fragments of the dream that you can and write them down.  

Mark any dreams which seem particularly significant or emotionally powerful. Even trivial-seeming dreams may carry more significance than we at first believe. The act of writing down even unimportant-seeming dreams will get you in the habit of remembering and recording your dreams, prior to the workshop. Bring your Dream Journal to the Dream to Freedom workshop.   

   

Please note that this workshop will be videotaped and therefore you will be given the necessary video release to sign prior to attendance.  Note that you will be able to participate and learn the protocols whether or not you wish to share your personal experiences in the group.

2:45 – 4:30  Learning the Dream to Freedom (DTF) Protocol  

·         The protocol illustrated with a Case example  

·         Demonstration with a volunteer  

4:30 – 5:00  Discussion and Instructions for Tonight's Dreaming

10:30 -12:00  - DTF Training Demonstration – volunteer subject  

12:00- 1:30 Lunch  

1:30 – 3:00  DTF Group Training session (all attendees are lead through the DTF protocol)  

3:00 – 3:30  Break  

3:30 – 4:30  DTF Group Follow-up Work
