EFT Certification

Maybe you're a life coach wanting to add to your qualifications, and make your services more attractive to clients. Maybe you're a therapist, intent on offering your clients the benefits of EFT. Maybe you're motivated to add a credential to your existing training. Whatever your motivation, you will find the EFT Certification process a rewarding, simulating, and supportive experience. There are two levels of EFT certification, EFT Intermediate Practitioner, and EFT Expert Practitioner. If you've taken a previous EFT training, see the policy on grandparenting qualifications.

 

EFT Intermediate Practitioner Requirements:

EFT Level 1 and 2 training completion. 
EFT-INTc Online Test: This test covers EFT basics, such as those found in the EFT Foundational DVD library (Level 2 proficiency)MC16.
Continuing Eduction: Repeat Level 2 with a different trainer and obtain additional related CEU credit.
Practical Application 1: Supervised delivery of EFT sessions to at least 3 clients, that are reviewed by a mentoring consultant, either in person, on video, or online (skype). 47 additional sessions with clients. Required readings, and 15 hours as an EFT client working on candidate's personal issues.

 

EFT Expert Practitioner Requirements:

All the above, plus:
EFT Level 3 training completion. 
EFT-EXPc Online Test: Advanced EFT Knowledge, such as that found on the EFT Intermediate DVD library (Level 3 proficiency). Can be taken after at least 6 months have elapsed since the EFT-INT Online Test, to allow for EFT practice.
Continuing Eduction: Repeat Level 3 with a different trainer and obtain additional related CEU credit.
Book Reports: On 3 of a list of recommended titles relevant to EFT practice.
Practical Applicaton 2: Delivering EFT sessions to at least 5 additional multi-session clients, that are reviewed by a mentoring consultant, either in person, on video, or online (skype). 45 additional sessions with clients, of whom 20 are 3+ sessions, with a brief report on 3 of these emailed to your mentoring consultant. Required readings, and 15 more hours as an EFT client working on candidate's personal issues.

 

Upon completion of either level of certification, you will receive a certificate, and you will be permitted to list your name in the EFT Practitioner Directory on this site. To keep a certificate current, you are required to complete CEUs (continuing education units) and submit those certificates every three years.
