I teach and support individuals and groups how to substantially reduce and/or eliminate all kinds of stress-related negative emotional, psychological and physical issues. These include emotional issues like anger, anxiety, worry , fears, overwhelm, irritability, procrastination, fatigue, etc.; physical aches and pains like headaches (including migraines), digestive upsets, chronic pains, etc.; and psychological issues including limiting beliefs like "I am not good enough", "I've never had enough money", etc.
