In my own life, in addition to everyday stress, I have dealt with a lot of health crisis, including cancer and multiple sclerosis. As an EFT practitioner, and a Culinary Institute of America trained Executive Chef and Recipe Writer for Harvard Health publications, I have used my EFT skills and my knowledge about food, to not only assist myself in nourishing and healing my own body and mind, but to help my clients in reducing their stress and achieving optimal health and wellbeing.
I work with Adults and Children, who struggle with stress and anxiety. Our collaborative work enables my clients to understand and identity the causes of their stress and overwhelm. This knowledge allows them to be open to solutions that help them succeed in all areas of their life.
With my skills, I am able to empower my clients to reframe unhelpful patterns of thought and behavior. They report that they are more peaceful and calmer which enables them to manage stress in every area of their life.
