I'm Sara Gold and Inner Energy Health (IEH) is my mind-body approach to achieving and maintaining well-being and emotional health. It is an approach that is spiritually rooted and energetically compatible with authentic Jewish tradition. During a private IEH session the client enters into a safe place accompanied by the practitioner, to grow, learn and heal. Using intuition and sensitivity as guidelines, each client's treatment is customized, drawing upon a variety of approaches and tools. These cover a broad gamut ranging from cognitive awareness to energy psychology techniques as well as passive ‘healing' methods. My EFT practice focuses on behavior and relationship issues through the development of inner resources. I specialize in working with sensitive women's issues particularly in populations where open discussion is not the norm. Although I have training in several methods, EFT is the mainstay of my practice and I conduct both in-person and telephone sessions.
